Holiday Sangria with Fruit Bat Orange Marmalade


  • 750ml Red wine of choice
  • ½ cup of Cointreau/ orange-based Gin or Rum (alcohol of choice)
  • 1 cup of lemonade 
  • 2 tbsp of Fruit Bat Orange Marmalade
  • 1 medium apple 
  • ½ orange (do not peel - keep rind on)
  • 1 plum chopped
  • 1-2 cinnamon stick(s) 



  • Chop fruit into 1cm cubes 
  • Add fruit and cinnamon stick(s)into jug or carafe 
  • Add in the 750ml of red wine and the ½ orange-based Gin 
  • Add in the 2 tbsp of Fruit Bat Orange Marmalade - add in more for a sweeter Sangria
  • Add in 1 cup of lemonade - add in an additional cup if needed 
  • Mix all ingredients together and garnish with some orange, a piece of lime and some fresh mint!
  • Sugar the rim of your glasses with honey and brown sugar. Serve the Fruit Bat Sangria in a sugared glass over some crushed ice with lime and fresh mint.
  • Avoid adding ice into the Sangria jug, you wouldn’t want to water down the magic ;)
